1. Product information
1.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depends on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the full extent permissible by law. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
2. Age restrictions
2.1 By using Partyfully-Yours, you are confirming that you are of legal age as recognized in Nigeria and that the information you provide is truthful and correct. It is an offence to attempt to buy restricted products if under age or to purchase one for someone else who is a minor.
3. Order process
3.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
3.2 When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from partyfully-yours. Your order is accepted once a payment method has been chosen and a final invoice is emailed to you. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, we will always endeavor to fulfill your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will only send out products when all your items become available and we will keep you informed via email. Upon instructions from you, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. If relevant, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you wish to pay upon delivery, the full invoice amount will be payable to your courier driver before the goods will be released.
4.1 All parcels will be delivered by our carrier to the address you indicated when your order was placed and will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home when your carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
4.2 Please note that your delivery may take longer during sales or other busy periods. We will do everything in our power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place. Carrier delivery times start from the moment you receive an email confirming order dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times are given in working days.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 Unfortunately, we do not make refunds. We will only exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 3 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached. We maintain that the shipping fees will be at your own expense. Exchange will only be made upon inspection of the products and confirming that it is not damaged, is in its original packaging and is in complete working conditions. The deadline mentioned above is effective from the date of receipt of the order.
6. Copyright Policy
6.1 All the content on the Partyfully-Yours website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Partyfully-Yours. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior authorization by Partyfully-Yours. Any failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Partyfully-Yours, and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
6.2 Copyright and other intellectual property rights in any communications, ideas, or other materials submitted or offered to us by you through on or by this website, unless specifically requested by us, shall become our property. You agree that submissions by you to this website must not risk infringing any right of any third party and in addition, you agree that no submissions by you to this website will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material or constitute an invasion of privacy. As such, you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions you make to the website.

We will always endeavor to resolve any dispute as swiftly as possible. However, there are no current timelines as to how long issue resolutions can take.

We reserve the right to update the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our discretion and without prior notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. If any of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect. Your continued use of the website and blog following the publishing of updated Terms of service will be taken to mean that you have read and agreed to the changes.
8.2 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
8.3 We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not experience downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for regular updating of products and for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. 9. Entire Agreements
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreements of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Partyfully-Yours for the purchase of the products, between you and the delivery companies for deliveries within Nigeria.
